Custom Memorials

A hand carved memorial is a special way to mark the passing of a loved one.

I design each one to be as unique as the person who has died. It is important that the stone, letterforms, and imagery reflect the spirit of the deceased, which is why I work closely with the bereaved during the design phase. Once finalized, all of the letters and imagery are carved by hand, using nothing more than a hammer and chisel.

HOUSE NUMBER STONES

A number carved in slate makes a striking addition to any building. The type of stone can be selected to match the color of the house. In addition, the chiseled numbers can be gilded or painted.
